Dear Sirs,
I am in New York with my family, and we booked with your Company a day tour to Washington for yesterday, August 8.
I only wanted to let you know that it has been a very nice experience, the bus was very comfortable, the driver polite and safe and we really loved Washington and the way the tour included all the important places in little time.
The trip from New York to Washington and back is long, but it was really worthy.
We were a little concerned because my wife, son and daughter speak very little English, but we were glad to see that the tour was also done in Spanish.
A special mention is deserved to the guide, Mr Estefano, who spoke in three different languages with perfect ease and was absolutely nice and very knowleagable, very polite, and kept everybody happy and satisfied.
We will be definitely recommending your tours to all our friends in Mexico who travel to USA!
